The Quayle Factor

No, I really don’t give a damn who I alienate in my straightforward “Fuck that poser. Picking the old white dude for his running mate just makes him look even more like George W. Bush,” position.

Also, you can rag on and on about Palin’s “lack” of qualifications, but she has more executive experience than Barack, *and* most important, Colin Powell didn’t seem to mind voting for George H. W. Bush when he had Dan Quayle for a running mate.

Say what you will, but Palin is easily 3 times as intelligent and capable of leading as that idiot ever was. He thought the gas helium would explode in the presence of a spark.

I know none of you are gonna stop bashing her, but you should review the Quayle record, thoroughly, review any and all live interviews he did. If you do that, you’ll see how misdirected your sexist anti-Palin BS really is.

To my knowledge Quayle never had an exorcism performed in front of cameras, engaged in spiritual warfare, or spoke in tongues. Like Palin, Quayle was an idiot but one without a fairy tale ideology and therefore much less dangerous. There are plenty of competent women in the GOP with the qualifications to be VP. It is an insult to them to pretend that Palin is one of them.

I can only assume Bookie Diddles is too young to remember Dan Quayle, and too lazy to do the research.

Bookie obviously missed the point that McCain chose Palin precisely because she was NOT the typical GOP politician.

    1.) Pay Attention
    2.) Do the research
3.) Belittling religious beliefs different from your own is patently anti-American. I believe freedom of religion is granted in the First Amendment. This folds back into my points, 1.) and 2.)
